After finding your target product on DCindustrial.com, the product detail page provides comprehensive item information and supports direct addition to your shopping cart.

  • On the product information page, fill in how many pieces you plan to purchase.
    • For products sold in bulk packs, the unit pack price and pack quantity will be shown. Input the number of packs you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
    • As an illustration: if you require 200 pieces of a product sold in packs of 50, input 4 in the quantity field.
  • Click the Add to Cart button to add this product to your shopping cart.

Most orders placed via DCindustrial.com are not fulfilled by remote national warehouses. Instead, your goods will be prepared and packed at your nearby DCindustrial branch, with the same service standard as phone orders or requests submitted through your dedicated sales rep. DCindustrial.com serves as an online extension of your local branch, enabling full online order management while retaining one-on-one support from your local sales team.

Once you click Checkout in the shopping cart page, you are required to fill in your order details.

  • Step 1
    • Choose an existing saved shipping address or create a new delivery address.
    • Select a saved billing address or enter a new billing address.
      • Tick the "Same as Shipping Address" option to apply your delivery address as your billing address.
    • Fill in special order remarks including job numbers, PO numbers, recipient contact names and other custom notes to guarantee accurate invoicing and correct delivery.
  • Step 2
    • Choose your preferred shipping method for this order.
  • Step 3
    • Pick the shipping option that suits your delivery requirements for this order.
      • DCindustrial charge accounts are only available to customers holding a registered DCindustrial account number.
